The shortcuts I was missing next to C# Dev Kit: class, interface, Razor, controller, reference, or new project without fighting the folder tree.
What you can do
- Create a C# class or interface with the right namespace
- Razor component and page with @page
- API or MVC controller
- Cross-project reference and add a project to the solution
